in mid 2011, rilees was contracted by architectural firm Stiffe Hooker to provide expertise in signage concepts for the entire Silverdale Town Centre. (eg, centre branding signs, parking lot signage, way finding & tenancy signs.)
over the course of several months, rilee's worked with the architects to develope conceptual signage for way-finding that was practical and reflected the area's history with timber and stone.
for the second stage of the process, these concepts were translated by rilee's into working drawings for use in a competitive tender. rilee's was subsequently awarded the the contract to manufacture the signage for naylor love, the project developer. This involved manufacturing 168 signs, across a range of substrates and elements, and working closely with Naylor to organise signage installation over a four month period.
